SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 am PST (2:00 pm EST) will ship out the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST (2:00 pm EST) Monday through Friday, will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

All Seasons Gifts and Baskets will make every effort to meet your delivery needs and budget!

We ship using standard ground shipping which may take up to 7 transit days Monday through Saturday.  They do not deliver on Sunday.

Depending on your location from our shipping point, items may take 3 days or sooner to arrive.

(If the product is a handmade pebblestone collection, the arrival will be a week and a half to two weeks from your order date as this is a custom item.)

We totally understand that this can be super confusing – so please email us at All Seasons Gifts and Baskets and ask us if you have a specific date you need your gift basket to arrive.

*Sorry…the Contingous Continental United States does not include Alaska & Hawaii.

PO Boxes: We ship to Post Office Boxes using the US Postal Service only.

International Shipping: We ship internationally, however, we cannot ship to Mexico or any countries in Africa. In addition, any gift baskets containing wine cannot be shipped outside the United States. We do not ship internationally to PO Boxes.

APO/FPO: We ship to APO or FPO addresses using the US Postal Service only.

Shipping Cost

Your cost for expedited services will depend on the type of service selected and charges are calculated based on the weight & dimensions of the gift basket and postal code you are shipping to.  If you have any questions, please email us at info@allseasonsgb.com and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.

Shipping Guarantee
Your gift basket is guaranteed to be delivered on the delivery date by the end of the business day. If your shipment is delivered late we will credit your account that delivery cost. This does not apply to hand delivered items.

*Our Shipping Guarantee applies only to shipments delayed due to our service failure. We will not guarantee delayed shipments that were caused due to an act of god like weather or a catastrophic event. Our guarantee is invalid if incorrect shipping information is given or if no one is available to sign for shipment when delivery attempt is made.

Wine Shipping
Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: AL, AK, DE, KY, MS ND, OK, SD & UT. We cannot ship wine outside of the United States.

All gift baskets containing wine require a signature of an adult over the age of 21 for delivery. Please keep this in mind when choosing where the gift basket will be delivered and calculating the delivery date. Our shipping carriers will make three attempts to deliver the gift before they return it the warehouse

All Seasons Gifts and Baskets will not be responsible for gift baskets where an adult is not available to sign. We advise that you let the recipient know a gift is on its way.

No refund will be issued as a result of your gift basket contain wine being returned to us due to an adult over 21 not being available to sign for the delivery. However, if the gift basket is returned we will be happy to reship it to another location for only the cost of shipping and handling.

Chocolate in Warm Weather
During warm weather months (typically May-September), the chocolates contained in gift baskets may be substituted to avoid damage due to melting. All Seasons Gifts and Baskets will not be held responsible for damage when the melting occurs. If your gift recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to those gifts having their delivery delayed or items delivered and left unattended in warm weather.

Hospital Delivery
If you are shipping to a hospital, please be aware that often gifts are shipped to the receiving department and then need to be taken by hospital staff to the patient. We are not responsible for gift baskets becoming lost or misplaced once it is delivered to the hospital, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient’s room or arriving after a patient has been released.

Please ship express if recipient is expecting a short hospital stay. If you are unsure of how long your intended recipient will be in the hospital, please have the gift shipped to a recipient who can take the gift to the hospital or ship it to their home.

Local Delivery
If you need an item hand-delivered, please contact us as early as possible. Our gifts are handmade when you contact us to ensure that they’re fresh and lively. Local delivery fee is shipping cost minus sales tax.

Change of Address or Address Corrections
Please provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address for your recipient. This information needs to include:

Name, Company Name (if applicable), Street Number and Street Name, Floor, Suite, or Apartment Number (if applicable), City, State, Postal Code and Telephone Number.

*We encourage you to verify the address with your recipient before you place your order as we are not responsible for gift baskets not delivered due 
  to an incorrect or incomplete address provided.  

CHARGES: There is a $15.00 address correction fee per gift basket to reroute a gift after it has left our warehouse. This includes changing the street number, adding an apartment or suite and correcting a postal code. The $15.00 fee is also charged if your gift recipient has moved, you have provided an improper address or any package is refused or rerouted by the recipient.

Returns
Please contact Customer Service info@allseasonsgb.com if there is an issue with your gift or gift basket. In any situation, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the package needs to be returned it must be in it’s original unopened packaging. We cannot accept opened food merchandise, but please do reach out and tell us the issue so we can help you in any way that’s needed to rectify the issue. We want you to be satisfied. 

*All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
