We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or the item arrives damaged. When purchasing a personalized item, please make sure that you are entering the correct name (with the correct spelling) to be printed on the mug.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable products (templates, printable items, etc.)
  • Personalized physical items (unless manufacturer defect)
